Back to the Gym after 2 months off!

I went back to the Gym today!! I feel so good, physically and especially, mentally!! My weight didn't change much since the 18th of December, last time I trained. I've been experiencing some mood swings and lack of energy in general though. I am less optimistic and slower as well. More than losing weight and feeling toned, I prefer the psychological changes that come after a good work out. I always have a doubt, a little excuse in the back of my head, an annoying voice pulling me back before leaving the house or while I am packing my gym bag. Being able to fight the voice everyday is literally a job.
