Hello Tuesday! "Have you Slept Well?"
Monday, 14 March 2016
I have dark circles. I only need to look at my mother and at my unties to find where they're coming from. There's no mystery! People normally ask me "Have you slept well? You look tired today! Are you Ok?!". There's no such a thing as a auto - brightness in my eyes even if I hibernate for a year. Even if I could freeze my body for a thousand years, I would wake up with dark circles! And they would probably ask me again: "Have you slept well?".
And the problem is.... When I exercise more, when I actually manage to loose one or two kilos and when I get rid of the cellulite (some), my eyes don't forgive me! That line under the eyes gets deeper and bold! I might look good in a bikini but my face looks awful! Is there any chance to fight our cellulite and to loose some weight without loosing that lovely fat on our cheeks, which, actually, makes us look younger!
Heidi Klum was right! Once she said: "If you want to look younger, just put on some weight!"
You can't really see my dark circles in the picture because of the makeup, the lighting, the camera, the colors... But I do have them.
Getting a good concealer is fundamental. Concealer for me is more important than foundation. I can live without foundation but not without my concealer. I've tried a lot of them but my most recent bet is the Last Perfection Concealer from the Collection brand! I tried it three times so far. I am not sure if it lasts for so long as it promises but it looks great, it gives a lovely coverage, it blends well and it's affordable - you can get it for less than 5 pounds. I didn't count the hours or the minutes, but it lasts. I always retouch my makeup throughout the day - the blush, the lips, the concealer - so it is not a big problem for me if it doesn't last more than 4 hours or 5 hours:) I normally stick to products and brands that work for me so I believe that, at least, our relationship might last!
